Lots of Good Deals on Real Estate in Orange County

As we all know, the real estate market in OC is changing. Its finally a buyers market, and I wanted to remind everyone a few tricks to finding the best deals out there for your buyers.

1. Check the MLS for vacant properties that have been on the market 90+ days
2. Check with various bank's and make friends with the head of the REO (real estate owned) department
3. EMAIL your clients when you find a screamin' deal, blog about it, and tell your neighbors.

Now go get that good deal - there's hundreds right now! Call your buyers who said it was "too expensive" two years ago, and "too crazy" 3 years ago. Many of ours are coming back out of the woodwork!
